Acetal Fairlead (ILCA® BOW)

This is the original bow fitting for the Laser dinghy. It is also used on various other boats as a jib sheet lead.

Fairleads are typically positioned to redirect lines in a specific direction, such as changing the angle at which a line is pulled or controlling its path to prevent chafing or snagging.
